Cancellation Policy

1).    To book and confirm a reservation:
           
CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS: The first night's stay is charged to the credit card at the time the reservation  is  made.
 
CASH CUSTOMERS: A check or money order for the TOTAL room charges must be received by The Skyriver Inn within 7 days of the phone call or the reservation will be canceled.
 
2).    During the Christmas holiday there is a TWO day minumum. This means tow consecutive day must be booked during this time.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
1).    20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on total room charges regardless of when the room is cancelled.
 
2).     To receive ANY cancellation 14DAYS prior to the guest's intended arrival date at which point, 80% of the room charges will be refunded.
 
3).    Less that 14 DAYS notice of cancellation will result in 100% FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT  unless the room is re-rented. If the room can be re-rented, 80$ of the total room charges will be refunded.
 
4).    If the guest chooses to shorten his or her stay, the same cancellation policy will apply; 20% of the total number of remaining days will be non-refundable if the room is re-rented-100% is forfeited if the rooms is not re-rented.
